A:For the project, we need to know your venue size, height, project budget and design/theme you prefer for your playground project. Also, it would be helpful to send us your venue CAD file.

Q:Could you run me through the process for designing, purchasing, installing an indoor playground?

A:Yes, Commonly our procedures are as follow: 1, you prepare the space and the CAD document or detailed dimensions of the space also is ok. 2, we provide you with some modes for your reference to choose the theme and color and items you like, 3, we make a 2d layout design and rough price for your reference , for free. 4, revise the 2d design if necessary 5, 3D design and accurate price for you. 6, revise the 3D design until you are satisfied. 7, confirm the order.

Q:what's your payment term ?

A:Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.
