Q:What is the size of the product?

A:This Product is fully customizable in size. To provide the best fit for your venue, please share your site dimensions (length, width, height) and any obstacles (columns, stairs, etc.). Also, your budget range will help us design the optimal playground. Looking forward to your details!
A:Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.
A:Sign contract-- Pay deposit -- Production-- Pay balance--loading -- delivery
A:It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 22 working days.
A:Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. So the certificate is always applied by our client considering the cost.
A:Yes, we offer professional installation services at $130/day/person (including round-trip airfare, accommodation, transportation, and insurance). If you prefer to handle installation yourself, we provide detailed installation documents and remote guidance.
