Does DreamCatch Playground include installation?

With a global network of 60+ dedicated installation specialists, we deliver turnkey implementation services that transcend borders, ensuring your project operates seamlessly from concept to completion. However, we appreciate that some customers might like to use their own installation teams under our detailed installation drawing maps. Installation cost is calculated separately.

How long does it take to get a plan or design?

It depends on the size of your playground.

Can you arrange shipping?

Yes. We can help you arrange shipping to your destination seaport or your direct address. We provide turnkey solutions worldwide.

What about the delivery time?

Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size of your order. But normally, our production time is 30 working days.

Can I visit DreamCatch Playground's production facility?

Of course. Welcome to our own factory in Guangzhou, China. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly.
