Q:Could you run me through the process for designing, purchasing, installing an indoor playground?

A:Yes, Commonly our procedures are as follow: 1, you prepare the space and the CAD document or detailed dimensions of the space also is ok. 2, we provide you with some modes for your reference to choose the theme and color and items you like, 3, we make a 2d layout design and rough price for your reference , for free. 4, revise the 2d design if necessary 5, 3D design and accurate price for you. 6, revise the 3D design until you are satisfied. 7, confirm the order.

Q:what's your payment term ?

A:Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

Q:How can I place order ?

A:Sign contract-- Pay deposit -- Production-- Pay balance--loading -- delivery

Q:Does your product have any certifcate ?

A:Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. So the certificate is always applied by our client considering the cost.

Q:Do you provide shipping and customs services?

A:We can arrange shipping from Ningbo Port to your destination port and provide customs clearance support. You can also handle shipping and customs independently. Tip: We recommend comparing shipping costs and services to choose the best option for you.

Q:How many design revisions are included?

A:We offer free design revisions: up to 5 revisions for 2D designs and unlimited revisions for 3D designs until you are satisfied. Tip: We recommend providing detailed initial requirements to minimize revisions and speed up the process.
