A:Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

A:Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. So the certificate is always applied by our client considering the cost.

A:Our products are made from high-density, eco-friendly materials and comply with international safety standards (such as SGS, CE, TUV, ASTM). We have a strict three-level quality control system to ensure stable quality. We provide test reports for all raw materials to guarantee safety and reliability.

A:We offer free design revisions: up to 5 revisions for 2D designs and unlimited revisions for 3D designs until you are satisfied. Tip: We recommend providing detailed initial requirements to minimize revisions and speed up the process.
